With a background in counseling and business, Cheryl became fascinated and inspired to professionally enter the world of third-party fertility. She understands that the path to parenthood can be complex, emotional, and deeply personal—and she’s committed to help soften the edges of the journey for each of her clients, providing
expertise, steady guidance, and heart to every client.

Dr. Shiva Fate is our Medical Consultant expert at Custom Fertility. She assisted intended parents and egg donors as a clinical consultant for several years and is now an assistant professor at Dominican University of California.
Dr. Shiva is highly devoted to egg donors’ journey being safe and
smooth. She is always available for our team to consult about any medical
questions or concerns that either intended parents or egg donors have.
We are grateful to have her professional expertise, and always enjoy
her great sense of humor and compassionate heart. She goes above
and beyond to help Custom Fertility function at the highest level of
integrity.

Brittany's passion for the fertility world is deeply rooted in her personal struggle. Diagnosed with endometriosis-related infertility in her twenties, her dream of motherhood was put on hold. She navigated years of emotional pain, exhaustive research, and a series of failed cycles that brought her to the brink of giving up.
Yet, Brittany’s determination never fully wavered. Connecting with others, like Cheryl and Angel, provided her with the guidance and support needed to press forward. Despite the setbacks, Brittany's determination never faded. Against all expectations, she was blessed with a healthy, full-term pregnancy and the birth of her beautiful son.
Now, Brittany leverages her personal victory to help others facing similar challenges. She is devoted to supporting people as they navigate complex decisions, process their grief, create meaningful connections, and fulfill their deepest desire to build the family they envision.
Angel Shury, Recruiting & Content manager
Angel’s passion for the fertility and surrogacy world grew from her own journey into motherhood. At 18, she experienced her first pregnancy and instantly fell in love with the experience of motherhood. She went on to have three sons naturally with her partner, each one deepening her gratitude for the gift of family.
Although she never became a surrogate herself but wanted to, Angel went on to donate her eggs to three couples — an experience she describes as truly life-changing. Knowing she helped others feel the same love she feels when looking at her own children is, in her words, “the most incredible feeling.”
Today, Angel channels that passion into helping others build their families, offering guidance, empathy, and genuine care to intended parents, donors, and surrogates.
